I have always had tight muscles in my lower extremities and being a physical therapist I know how important it is to maintain flexibility. It feels as though there is a partner there with you advancing the stretch each time. I would highly recommend this device for patients because they are able to use techniques such as contract-relax by themselves and in the meantime relieving pressure from their lower back. This is a great product for anyone to use. Not only does it help maintain flexibility,
but it increases it as well.

I have not had such little back pain since I was in my teens and I'm not over exaggerating! I am now 45 and have L4 degenerative disc problems. Because the IdealStretch puts no strain on my lower back and my lower back back pain is gone. When I would sleep too long I would not be able to stand up straight most of the day even with a very good mattress. Now it makes no difference how long I sleep, there is no pain when I stand and have compression on my spine!
