Shipping and Returns
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 pm PT are processed the next business day.

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and to APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions apply).
Fulfillment of orders outside the U.S. (including U.S. territories are done either from the nearest IdealStretch distribution center or from our U.S. warehouse at the lowest cost to our customers.
We can arrange shipping to APO/FPO/DPO locations – charges will be at rates provided by our shipping vendors.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped via ground transportation and should be received within 3-5 business days.
CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?
Our orders are shipped via UPS and you will receive a tracking number from them once your order has shipped.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
The shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed.

If you are not fully satisfied and wish to return the IdealStretch, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Upon receipt, we will issue a full refund. All returns should be sent to our Business Address:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 4-14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
